Hello Bibliography readers! Hopefully, if you’re reading this, you’ve also noticed that Bibliography Blog has gotten a bit of a makeover. If not…go take a look at the header and sidebar! The lovely and talented Tomoko Bason did an incredible job creating a foxy mascot for this page. I could not have asked for more beautiful art! You can check out more of what this awesome human is doing here.
This blog will likely be changing a little, and I hope that helps expand readership. Life for this reader is about to get a lot more interesting. In one month and one day, I will be boarding a plane bound for Arequipa, Peru, where I will be teaching English and studying Spanish for at least six months. I’m hoping to chronicle some of my adventures here, with both words and pictures. Who knows, maybe Bibliography will help me connect with other expats, or inspire someone else to become one!
One of the biggest changes caused by this trans-continental migration is going to be my reading method. I bought a Kobo! After many years of holding out against e-readers, I have been forced to invest in one. Moving books across the world is just one thing I don’t have the money for right now! Hopefully, it will not discourage me from reading, and I will have quite a lot to write about in the near future.
Stay tuned for many exciting things to come. I hope BBlog’s revamp will be enjoyable for you!
